An Oakland Park pool installer was arrested Wednesday on charges that he defrauded over a dozen victims throughout Broward County by taking payments for work he either never completed or never began in the first place, police say. Richard Stubblefield, 56, a resident of Fort Lauderdale and the owner of All Pro Pools & Pavers in Oakland Park, now faces charges of grand theft and scheme to defraud. 'Some victims have been left with pool sized holes in their backyards due to the actions of Mr. Stubblefield,' Detective Bonnie Owens, a spokesperson for the Wilton Manors police department, wrote in a news release.
