A police investigation early Thursday shut down the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 at Oakland Park Boulevard in Broward County, according to reports.According to the Florida 511 traffic service, the lanes, which were closed overnight, reopened around 5:30 a.m. But major backups continue.Miami Herald news partner CBS reports that the Florida Highway Patrol and the Broward Sheriff's Office are leading an investigation.This bulletin will be updated.
