A 74-year-old man died in crash involving four cars on Interstate 95 in Oakland Park late Thursday night, officials say. Just after 10 p.m., the man, a Homestead resident who was not identified, was driving a Toyota Corolla south on I-95 past Oakland Park Boulevard in the inside travel lane, approaching three stopped cars, Florida Highway Patrol said in a media release. The cars were stopped because of an earlier crash that was blocking the same lane, the release said. The man in the Corolla failed to slow down in time, hitting the rear of a Toyota Highlander with a 39-year-old man from Port St.
